The provider commits to always provide the customer with the following information:
Identity of the company (name and registered office, registration number)
Contact details that enable quick and effective communication (email, phone)

Availability of items (each item offered on the website should be available within a reasonable timeframe)
Terms of delivery of items (method, place, and deadline of delivery)
